François and Michelle welcome you to 2 furnished cottages, labeled “Gîtes de France“, located above Saint-Leu in Réunion island: “Le Balcon Créole“

  • The first, “Soleil Couchant,” has a total capacity of 6 people.
  • The second, “Panoramic,” has a total capacity of 4 people.

Fully equipped, independent, single-story accommodations located near the owner’s house.
At an altitude of 540m, the climate is very pleasant.

Here, we are close to the stars; whether as a couple or with friends, you will contemplate the sunset after a day of hiking in our beautiful mountains.

Rates

  • Security deposit 400 €.

The price includes utilities.
The rental can begin any day of the week.
Cleaning must be done upon departure, or a cleaning fee of €60 to €80 will be charged to the owner.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
As per municipal regulation, a tourist tax of €0.90 per person per day is payable to the owner.
